A Collaborative Approach to Care
We welcome referrals and collaborative care with mental health practitioners. We understand that it is our duty to continue the trusted relationship your client has with you in providing the highest quality of care with compassionate hearts here at University Behavioral Center. With your client’s consent, we will work hand in hand to develop treatment and aftercare plans that help our patients overcome the obstacles that are keeping them from their goals.
With the consent of your client, we will consult with you regarding treatment history, goals and the patient’s presentation upon arrival. We encourage communication and input during and after your client’s inpatient stay to ensure continuity of care and ensure a successful transition in the aftercare plan. Your client will be returned to your care upon discharge.
Your insight and participation is always welcome during the treatment process. We welcome you to come tour our facility and meet our clinical staff. To schedule a meeting and tour, please call 407-461-0768.
